The new guest sign in book I'm been working HARD on for a client!

I'd love to hear what you have to think if/when you have the time!

I handmade 'dressing up' her guestbook and guestbook pen to match her dress colors and theme.

9 Love Thoughts:

  1. I like it! Is it for the computer or is this a hold in you hand book?

  2. Did you take all the pictures Sarah? It turned out beautifully. You should be very proud.

  3. Thank you dear friends,

Yes Mimi, I did the photoshoot for her ceremony and took all the portraits myself with very little editing. Thanks for the HUGE compliment!!

And yes, Tammy, the book has been ordered and is veiwable online for distant guests to add a few words if they are given the password, but it's also coming in the mail in hardback. The portraits are already laid out in the fashion that I put them and the guests will sign the guestbook on the page next to it. Thanks. For their official ceremony book they're paying me to put together a 'Press Album', which is similar to a childs/baby's boardbook, where every single page in the album is on a very hardstock mounted cardboard like photo paper that doesn't bend. It's super elegant and is used for perserving major ceremonies like Weddings, Graduations, and Quinceañera's. I won't begin the work layout on the press album until after the ceremony next weekend but I'm anxious for the guestbook to arrive which should be at the end of this week sometime. Thanks again ladies for your input and wish me prayers!!

    Blessings,
    ~Sarah

  5. Just beautiful! The pictures are awesome! You truly captured pictures that seemed to let you in on her personality...the pictures just pop off..not one dimensional at all. BEAUTIFUL girl and dress! :)

  6. Thanks so much Richele and Jennifer. You're comments really make all the hard work worth it. She really is a sweet and beautiful girl and her dress, hair and clear (perfect, not even a teenage pimple) made her look amazing in that red dress. I'm also putting all the photo's on a CD Disk slide show that I'll add music to play along with the slide, but not sure what songs yet. Any suggestions? I was thinking of the song 'Lady In Red', but can't remember if that's more of a 'romance' song or not and am also thinking of that song 'That's my daughter in the water.' (If you aren't sure what song that is you can go on my right sidebar to play it; it's the third song down by Dija; about a man singing to his little girl.) Let me know whatcha think or any other sweet songs for a slide disc for a teenage girl turning into a young lady. Thanks again all of ya'll for your great support!! Lotsaluv,
    ~Sarah

  8. The guestbook is very well done. Both my son's are artist's and photographers. One of my son's is a graphic artist. I know quality when I see it. This is high quality. You have a gift from God. It's so good to see you are using it. And using it well. God bless and thanks for joining me at Daily Grace.
